These Terms of Service govern your use of the Roofing product (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Roofing provides AI helpers that assist roofing companies with lead response, follow-ups, quoting, reviews, referrals, and related tasks. The Service is provided "as is" while in launch phase.
2. Your account
You sign in with your business email. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the business information, files, and configurations you put into the Service. We use them only to power your AI helpers. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train models without your explicit opt-in.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, deceive customers, violate TCPA / CAN-SPAM / state or federal communication laws, or otherwise harm any third party. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Compliance with messaging laws
Outbound SMS sent via the Service follows TCPA opt-in / opt-out requirements. STOP keywords are honored automatically. You are responsible for ensuring your contact lists were collected with valid consent.
6. Pricing
The Service is free during the launch period. Pricing for paid tiers will be announced before any charges are introduced. You will receive notice and have the option to cancel before any change to pricing.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if no fees were paid).
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
