The Service is free during the launch period. There is nothing to refund right now.
When we begin charging
Once paid plans are introduced, the following will apply:
- Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
- First-month money-back:if your first month doesn't deliver value, email us within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund. No questions, no hoops.
- Annual plans: pro-rated refund for unused months if you cancel within the first 60 days. After 60 days, access continues through the end of the annual term but no refund.
Service issues
If the Service is materially broken (more than 24 hours of downtime in a billing period), let us know and we'll credit your account.
How to request a refund
Email info@byzaheer.com with your account email and a brief reason. We process refunds within 5 business days.
